I’m Richard Spence, a Seminole County short sale Realtor® with Watson Realty Corp. I work in the company’s office in Oviedo, Florida.
I grew up in Fairfax County, Virginia and moved to central Florida in 1992. I have lived in Seminole County for fifteen years and I really enjoy it here. I like spending time with my daughter, hiking, biking, canoeing, and pretty much all outdoor activities, so this is a great area. I’m also a UCF Knights fan and love tailgating at football games, go Knights!
I graduated from UCF in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. I then graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999 earning a J.D., with honors. I was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and was Research Editor for the Florida Law Review. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and I have practiced law continuously since that time, focusing my practice in the area of civil litigation.
I bring a unique skill set to the table that will greatly assist you should you have any questions or concerns about the Seminole County foreclosure process, short sales, or other foreclosure avoidance methods.
You can call me at 407-421-3447 anytime if you have any foreclosure or short sale questions.
